Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour start time for a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive at the meeting point within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the tour will be considered a "no-show" and is non-refundable.
Weather Policy: Tours run rain or shine! (This is London, after all). In the rare event that we must cancel due to extreme weather or safety concerns, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please send a message via WhatsApp or Email with your name and tour date. Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

Booking Terms & Conditions By booking a tour, you agree to the following conditions:
Participation: Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow the guide's instructions at all times. Please ensure you are physically capable of a 2-hour / 4-hour walking tour.
Punctuality: Tours depart strictly at the scheduled time. No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) cannot be refunded.
Service Changes: While we always aim to follow the planned route, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unexpected closures or safety concerns.
Liability: Sensational London Tours (Witty London Walks) is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
